Introduction: In recent decades, the number of dental implant procedures has shown significant growth worldwide, reaching about one million implants per year. Brazil, in there been a very rapid evolution dentistry with high success rates. Several materials can be used as bone graft, each different properties, for example, regarding neovascularization. Guided regeneration favors formation new tissue. When grafting are required, focus is often on type biomaterial to and predictability results. Objective: It was carry out concise systematic review processes using biomaterials main molecular cellular constituents dentistry.
